Hi kisshaido! Well, for this one, i used the default brushes (Photoshop), and for the first one i used too, i think... (was in 2009, do not remember well xD), but my last one i used a special brush pack with skin texture. The pack is really amazing. Yeah, i did. I think it's more easy to make the details... you can zoom and erase more easily. Check out my new ones to see more details. ;D This drawing is not my best at all. Thank you for your comment!
